With the EU's leaders determined for the Lisbon Treaty to come into place by the end of the year, The Record Europe will be looking at some of the changes the Treaty could bring.
Czech centre-right MEP Jan Zahradil, German Social Democrat Jo Leinen, and British Green MEP Jean Lambert will discuss controversies surrounding the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
We'll also hear from UKIP's Paul Nuttal, Danish Social Democrat Dan Jorgensen, and Dutch Liberal Sophie in't Veld on the scrapping of the national veto and giving more powers to the European Parliament.
With a record low turnout at the European Elections in May, we'll be asking if the Parliament has really earned more political clout.
