David Cameron has set out his vision of Britain's future if the Conservatives win next year's general election.
He said he saw a country where families chose "the most important things in life" such as schools and hospitals, "with entrepreneurs everywhere".
He said it could not happen "if we pull in different directions, follow our own interests", and that people must "pull together, come together, work together".
