David Cameron is set to deliver his keynote speech to the Conservative Party conference in Manchester.
For him it is crucial. With a general election due next year, this is the chance for him to set out his stall, and tell the British people why he wants to become the next Prime Minister.
So what does he need to say and what do voters and delegates want to hear?
