Tories would 'cut ministers' pay'

David Cameron has said the Conservatives will cut ministers' pay if they get into power, in an effort to lower public spending.

He repeated his commitment to the NHS, saying it was "special to the British people" - but said the country needed a plan "that looks at pay, looks at pensions, looks at benefits".
