Tories' incapacity benefit plans

People on incapacity benefit who are considered fit to work will be put on jobseeker's allowance, under Tory proposals.

Shadow children, schools and families secretary Michael Gove said the Conservatives would apply a test to everyone claiming incapacity benefit to "make sure those who can work do work".
