Alan Johnson's speech to conference

Home Secretary Alan Johnson said the government needed to do more to tackle the problems of anti-social behaviour, when he addressed the Labour conference in Brighton.

He spoke about Labour's record in office on law and order and what it had to do next, but first he praised Jack Straw and Jacqui Smith.
