The government is to extend its car scrappage scheme, the Business Secretary Peter Mandelson has said.
Lord Mandelson announced the move, called for by the car industry, in his speech to Labour's conference.
He also pledged support for car workers at Vauxhall's car plants in Ellesmere Port and Luton
