Cameron: 'Brown covered-up cuts'

Conservative leader David Cameron says Gordon Brown has "covered-up" plans for spending cuts.

Leaked Treasury documents showed that the Prime Minister "misled" Parliament on the scale of planned spending cuts the shadow chancellor George Osborne has said.

The Treasury has refused to comment on the 22 page document.
