Cameron outlines spending cuts

David Cameron has outlined public spending cuts that he will introduce if the Conservatives are voted into power at the next general election.

In his speech, Mr Cameron announced how he plans to cut the cost of politics, by pulling "the cloak off government spending".

He said there had to be a sense of urgency and the process of bringing spending down had to start "now".
