Cameron says Brown plans a 'fix'

Conservative leader David Cameron has accused Gordon Brown of trying to "fix" the electoral system in his party's favour.

Mr Brown has announced plans to look at a new system of electing MPs, as he seeks to regain the political initiative after a week of turmoil.
