Can new Cabinet save Brown?

Gordon Brown has had his first meeting with his new Cabinet after getting the support of MPs on Monday night.

Despite Labour's disastrous results in elections for the European Parliament, the Foreign Secretary David Miliband said that the party had "reached a settled view", and that it did not want a new leader.
