Boycott big parties, says Tebbit

The former Conservative Party Chairman, Lord Tebbit, has called on voters to abandon the three main parties in forthcoming European elections.

The Tory peer said a boycott would allow voters to teach MPs a lesson over the expenses scandal. He spoke to the BBC's Political Editor, Nick Robinson.
