The Daily Telegraph's Chief Political Commentator, Ben Brogan, has spoken about his paper's publication of Cabinet members' expenses claims.
They include a claim for £6,500 made by Gordon Brown to pay his brother for a cleaner for his Westminster flat.
Mr Brogan said the public deserved to know about the expenses.
