Cameron a 'fiscal conservative'

David Cameron says he knew when he became leader of the Conservatives that Labour had "debt issues".

He told the Politics Show his plans for public spending came from the fact that "I've always been a fiscal conservative, I've always believed the government has to be careful with public money."
