Tory MP reacts to Brown's letter

Gordon Brown has moved to end the criticism over the emails sent by one a close adviser, which sought to smear the reputations of leading Conservatives.

Mr Brown has written personal letters to those mentioned in controversial e-mails sent by Damian McBride expressing his "great regret".

Nadine Dorries, one of the conservative MPs named in those emails gave her reaction to BBC News.
