Richard Timney's statement

The Home Secretary's husband has said sorry for embarrassing his wife after she claimed for a TV bill that included two adult films.

Richard Timney, who is also Jacqui Smith's parliamentary assistant, read a statement outside their home, but did not answer any questions.
