Harman: Bank boss won't get �650,000

The deputy Labour leader, Harriet Harman, has said the government is determined to claw back some of the pension being paid to the former head of Royal Bank of Scotland.

Sir Fred Goodwin has declined to reduce the amount he receives voluntarily. Ms Harman insisted Sir Fred would not "be better off by 650 thousand pounds a year."
