Osborne: Bank bonuses 'unacceptable'

The Conservatives have attacked the government's plans for an review into the way banks are managed.

Shadow chancellor George Osborne said the government should have acted sooner to stop bonuses being paid to senior management at banks amid the UK's financial crisis.
