Brown: Global action is key

Gordon Brown has signalled possible tax cuts in the pre-Budget report, saying he wanted further "fiscal stimulus" to "get the economy moving again".

He was speaking at his monthly press conference following an announcement by the Conservatives that they would cut business taxes to kickstart the economy.
