Bishop Daly on Saville and closure

Bishop Edward Daly, a former bishop of Derry, was a curate at the time of Bloody Sunday.

Television footage captured him carrying a bloodied victim down the street in the Bogside.

This became an enduring image of the historic day, replayed on television many times.
