Hillary Clinton speech to the NI Assembly

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's speech in full to members of the Northern Ireland Assembly at Stormont.

She was speaking whilst on a visit to Belfast for meetings with Northern Ireland's political leaders as part of her Europe tour.
