The body of a man was found at about 1930 GMT close to a church at Donnyloop in Castlefin, close to the border at Strabane.

It is understood the man's body was found by a member of the public, who alerted gardai.

A garda spokesman said: "The scene has been preserved and the services of the state pathologist and the garda technical bureau have been requested."
