Eleven people have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in Portrush, County Antrim. The arrests were made as part of a police operation during the Fatboy Slim beach party on Saturday.
Several hundred ecstasy tablets, along with quantities of herbal cannabis and amphetamines, were seized during the day-long operation.
Despite the arrests, police said they were generally happy with the behaviour of those who attended the event.
The 11 people were arrested for suspicion of possessing drugs and possessing drugs with intent to supply.
Outside the event, two other people were arrested in the Upperlands area of the town on suspicion of possessing drugs.
A number of people were also found to be in breach of the street-drinking bye-laws. They now face prosecution and fines of more than �100.
