Coleraine Football Club faces a winding-up order
Enough donations and pledges of financial support have been received to run Coleraine Football Club for three years, the High Court has heard.

The club, which owes 365,000 to the Inland Revenue, has applied to appoint an administrator, but the Revenue wants the club wound-up.

John Mairs of Friends of Coleraine FC said he was "absolutely confident" the cash pledges would come through.

The case has been adjourned until Friday.

If the club's administration move is approved it would mean that the Revenue's winding-up petition would be put on hold.

Coleraine had been asked by the High Court to present a business plan to sort out its financial problems.
