| Thursday, 18 April, 2002, 13:42 GMT 14:42 UK Homes evacuated after bomb find ![]() The bomb was found after rioting A number of houses in north Belfast had to be evacuated on Wednesdsay night following the discovery of a pipe bomb. It was found in the Whitewell Road at about midnight. It took the Army more than three hours to defuse the device. The device was found following rioting in the area.
