River hit by fish kill
Dead fish
Scores of fish have been killed
Hundreds of fish have been killed along a mile of the Inver river in Larne.

It is believed they died as a result of a pollution spill.

Frank Quigley of the Larne and District Game and Angling Club said this was the second time in four years the river has been decimated.

He said a change of attitude was needed urgently.

Speaking on Monday, Mr Quigley said: "Our rivers have just been treated like somewhere to get rid of effluent, that's been the attitude."
