Funeral for dead superbike rider
Ollie Bridewell
Mr Bridewell died after a crash
The funeral of a rider who died at the British Superbike Championship event was held on Wednesday.

Ollie Bridewell, 21, from Etchilhampton, Wiltshire, suffered fatal head and neck injuries in a crash at Mallory Park in July.

Mr Bridewell was taking part in free practice for the ninth round of the championship when he crashed.

The funeral was held at St Mary's church, Bishops Cannings and was led by the Reverend Sally Attwater.

It is believed Mr Bridewell lost control at the Esses section of the circuit, and fell off.

The incident is being investigated.
