| Bailiffs are to be introduced to clamp down on people who do not pay their council tax in west Wiltshire. The district council has announced it is bringing in the measures to improve the rate of people who are not paying - just over 2% of residents. Councillors say they want to "sharpen up their processes" to ensure that everybody pays. Councillor Roy While said: "I am certain that this move will have a positive impact on debt collection."
