Inmates at Armley Jail in Leeds are selling their artwork to raise money for charity. Prisoners at the category B institution have spent the last six months painting, sculpting and crafting their pieces for the special exhibition at Oakwood Gallery in the city.
It is open to the public and money raised is going to St George's Crypt and St Gemma's Hospice.
Inmates have put the work towards an Open College certificate in art.
Nick, one of the exhibiting prisoners, said: "I never thought any work I did was any good.
"But I suppose it shows when you put your mind to something you can do things other people enjoy."
Fellow inmate Andrew said: "I didn't think anything I did was worth 'owt but it's getting sold for fairly good money."
