Nathan has even campaigned at 10 Downing Street

Nathan Giles, from Solihull, has cerebral palsy but spends his spare time campaigning for other children with disabilities.

He even challenged the Prime Minister over the lack of wheelchair access to 10 Downing Street.

Now Nathan has been recognised for his efforts and for overcoming his own disability by charity Brainwave.

"I think it's a really nice gesture that makes you realise what you can achieve if you try, because if you try you can achieve anything," Nathan said.
