| Details of a financial restructuring plan for a Birmingham-based motor manufacturing company are expected to be announced on Thursday. Van maker LDV, which employs 1,200 people, is in discussions with American investors Sun Capital. It is thought the company will take a major stake in the firm. LDV is one of the last British-owned motor manufacturer. Production at the firm was halted last week while the financial restructuring was sorted out.
