Parents want phone mast removed
Parents of children at a Birmingham school are calling for the removal of a mobile telephone mast that has been put up next to a playing field.

The 15-metre transmitter has appeared near Shenley Court School in Northfield within the past few days.

Parents say they were not consulted and that no warning was given. They fear their children's health is at risk.

O2, which owns the mast, denied the claim and said it had consulted fully with residents.
