 Kelly Osbourne will film in North East England |
Teenage rocker Kelly Osbourne is to make her movie debut in a remake of Alice in Wonderland - called Malice in Sunderland. The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne has just signed up for the lead role in the low-budget film.
Described as a "contemporary reworking of Alice's Adventures In Wonderland", the movie will be set in the North East of England.
It is directed by newcomer Simon Fellows and filming is expected to begin at the end of the year.
Kelly, 18, shot to fame along with the rest of her family in MTV's reality show The Osbournes.
She has since launched a pop career and is currently supporting Robbie Williams on his UK tour.
