Toilets shut over drug problems
Public toilets in a town centre will close because of concerns about drug taking and anti-social behaviour.

The facilities on Pepper Street in Newcastle, Staffordshire, have been shut before but the problems have come back whenever they have reopened.

But the council admits it must provide facilities to stop people urinating in the High Street after a night out.

There are two other sets of public toilets in the town, on Merrial Street and Hassall Street.
