Hospital plans unveiled to public
Plans to build two new hospitals in north Staffordshire have been unveiled to the public.

An acute hospital will be housed on the City General site and a new community hospital will be spread over both the Haywood and Stanfield hospital sites.

It is part of a �350m healthcare development scheme in the area which will see two new hospitals being built.

It is set to be the biggest hospital building scheme in north Staffordshire for many years.

The plans went on display in the main waiting area of the central outpatients department at Hartshill on Saturday.
