| Two teenage boys have appeared in court charged with firearms offences after children were shot at with plastic pellets in their school playground. The children were shot at with BB guns from outside Maltby Manor Junior School near Rotherham in December. Some children were hit by the pellets but were not badly injured. The boys, aged 14 and 15 and from the Maltby area, appeared at Rotherham Youth Court on Thursday where the case was sent to Sheffield Crown Court.
