Sporting help in financial crisis
Sheffield United FC are contributing towards helping Rotherham United out of their financial crisis.

Rotherham must raise 1m in the next few weeks, or they will go bankrupt and drop out of the Football League.

The Blades have offered to pay the wages of their players currently on loan at Milmoor.

They will also donate the profits they are set to make from a Bramall Lane TV feed of next weekend's Sheffield derby to Rotherham.

United's Chief Executive Jason Rocket said they were not quite sure how much money it will raise, but they wanted to be of help.
