A former sawmill in South Yorkshire could be transformed into a 25m housing complex if plans are approved by Sheffield City Council. Developers Arnold Laver want to build 188 apartments, offices and shops on the brownfield site in Bramall Lane, which is home to its headquarters.
The plans also include landscaped green areas and car parking facilities.
If permission is granted for the site, next to Sheffield United's football ground, work could begin next year.
