Route to reopen after roadworks
Work costing 2.9m to stop a road surface slipping down a steep slope has been completed.

The A303 at Knightshayne Bends in Somerset runs alongside a steep slope and needed urgent stabilisation work.

The Highways Agency said the diversion and traffic management, which has been in place since October, will be removed by midday.

Work to improve drainage and the road surface was also carried out while the section of road was shut.
