Friends Reunited error pair marry
Wedding Ring
The love birds are to tie the knot in Bath on Saturday
A couple brought together by a mix-up on the Friends Reunited website are to marry next Saturday.

Richard Lewis wanted to contact schoolmates and e-mailed Anna Wrench, 30, thinking she was an old friend.

But the 32-year-old had confused her with another Anna in the same class at Bath High School.

The couple began exchanging e-mails and text messages. When they realised they were both living in Oxford, they decided to meet up and romance bloomed.

Mr Lewis said: "I decided to e-mail guys from school who I hadn't spoken to for some time, and e-mailed some girls from the local girls' school, and one of them was the 'other Anna'."

Mr Lewis had been a pupil at Beechen Cliff School, Bath. After leaving school, Mr Lewis went to university in Cardiff, while Miss Wrench went to study medicine at the University of London.

Now Mr Lewis works as a financial adviser and part-time pilot, and Miss Wrench is an eye surgeon at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.

The wedding will take place in Batheaston near Bath on Saturday, 23 April.
