Charges laid after airport demo
A total of 25 people have been charged following a demonstration at Nottingham East Midlands Airport on Sunday.

The 17 men and eight women have been charged with causing a public nuisance and aggravated trespass.

They have also been charged with entering an area restricted under the terms of the Aviation Security Act.

In addition to these charges, five people have been charged with causing criminal damage. All 25 are due to appear in court in October.
