The chief executive of the organisation which looks after Nottingham's council homes has left the post. Nottingham City Homes manages about 32,000 houses, but in March the Audit Commission heavily criticised it for a backlog of maintenance work.
The report also highlighted management problems and chief executive Lynne Pennington then went on sick leave.
The organisation has confirmed her departure, meaning there are four high level management positions now vacant.
The recruitment process for the chief executive job is due to begin next month.
A statement from the organisation said the changes were "heralding a new era of optimism".
