Clumber tenants voice concerns
Tenants living in the National Trust's Clumber Park in Notts have formed an association to voice their concerns.

Sixty tenants live in the historic park near the Yorkshire border and some say rents have risen dramatically in the past few years.

The trust says the increases are in line with national trends.

Tenants association secretary David Timcke said the trust should value its tenants more and not consider them merely a source of income.

Ian Deans, Clumber Park property manager, said: "The most important thing is that they work with us to maintain the property as a living and vibrant place."

Mr Timcke agreed, saying: "We want to be seen as partners and not merely a source of income."
