Bollywood returns to city cinema

New owner Cineworld has a policy of showing films from around the world
A Nottingham cinema has reversed its decision to stop screening Bollywood films, after fans campaigned.

Last year the Warner Brothers complex in Nottingham's Corner House was taken over by UGC - which withdrew the productions, citing commercial reasons.

Many fans were outraged they had to travel further to see the films.

But Cineworld, which has taken over UGC, is reinstating Bollywood films - saying the decision to show them is in line with the company's strategy.

Many Nottingham fans had to travel as far away as Birmingham to see Bollywood movies. Their campaign to get the productions reinstated included boycotting UGC.
