A man has been injured in a shooting in Nottingham - the second in two days. Police say the 40-year-old was gunned down near the Marcus Garvey Centre on Lenton Boulevard at 0200 BST on Sunday.
He is described as being in a stable condition at the Queen's Medical Centre in the city.
Officers are carrying out house to house inquiries in the area surrounding the venue.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact Canning Circus Police Station or Crime stoppers.
