Biker dies in collision with car
Police are trying to trace the relatives of a motorcyclist who died in hospital after a collision on the B645 in Northamptonshire.

The incident happened at about 0930 BST on Friday at an area known as Three Shires Hill near Hargrave.

It occurred when the motorcycle failed to negotiate a sharp left-hand bend.

The biker, who police believe to be from Norfolk, then collided with a Vauxhall Astra car driven by a 56-year-old local man.

The motorcyclist, thought to be in his 30s, died in hospital as a result of the incident.

A police spokeswoman said: "We are unable to give his identity at the present time as it has yet to be formally confirmed and we are trying to trace his family."

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
