Alan Johnston was abducted at gunpoint |
The Archbishop of York has held a special service to mark the passing of three months since the abduction of BBC correspondent Alan Johnston. Dr John Sentamu led the service at his chapel in Bishopthorpe Palace, York, on Monday afternoon.
He joined a group of Psalm drummers to drum a "prayer without words" during the service.
Mr Johnston was abducted in Gaza on 12 March. Last month Dr Sentamu called for his release on al-Jazeera television.
