A motorcyclist has died in a head-on crash in North Yorkshire. Garry Johnson, 23, from Thirsk, was killed when his Suzuki GSXR hit a Vauxhall Meriva at Purgatory Bank on the A168 on Sunday evening.
The road was closed for about four hours to allow police to investigate the scene of the crash.
North Yorkshire Police want to trace any witnesses to the accident, particularly the rider of a red sports motorcycle who was seen in the area.
