Police put brake on rogue bikers
Police in North Yorkshire are warning motorcyclists that speeding along country roads will not be tolerated.

Large numbers of bikers traditionally flock to the open North York Moors roads and the narrow Dales lanes on bank holiday weekends.

Extra police patrols will be stationed on roads that have a bad record for motorcycle accidents.

Assistant Chief Constable David Collins said there is "an idiot minority" who ride dangerously and cause problems.
