A housewife behind the Calendar Girls charity fundraising stunt has created a mini-break holiday based around the film of the Women's Institute members. The three-night breaks offer the chance to meet some of the Rylstone WI members who bared all for the calendar to raise money for the Leukaemia Research Fund.
They also provide coach trips to some of the locations used in the film.
Calendar Girls Holidays is the brainchild of Tricia Stewart, played in the film by Helen Mirren.
It is nearly five years since the 11 middle-aged members of the Rylstone WI decided to strip for the charity calendar after one of them, Angela Baker, lost her husband to leukaemia.
Their daring idea attracted attention from across the globe and has so far helped them to raise about �1m for the research fund.
